BANGLUXOR TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.
This agreement is entered into between you (the Client) and us (Bangluxor).
This document governs the conditions under which Bangluxor provides consulting, web design,
digital development, branding, and related services.
By contracting or using any of our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood,
and fully accepted these Terms of Service. If the Client does not agree with these terms,
they must refrain from contracting or using Bangluxor’s services.
Bangluxor reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients with active subscriptions
will be notified by email of any material changes.

1. DEFINITIONS
Key terms
- Client: Any individual or legal entity contracting Bangluxor’s services.
- Services: Professional services offered by Bangluxor, including consulting, design, development, maintenance, and support.
- Project: The set of services contracted under a proposal, quotation, or Order Form.
- Order Form: The document detailing scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.
- Deliverables: Final or partial outputs resulting from the contracted services.
- Subscription: A recurring monthly or annual service contracted by the Client.
2. GENERAL COMMERCIAL TERMS
Operations, payments, and scope
- Project commencement and termination:
Services will be provided according to the timeline defined in the Order Form. If the Client fails to provide information, approvals, or responses for more than
three (3) consecutive months, Bangluxor may terminate and archive the project without refund.
- Payments:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client shall pay 50% upon engagement and the remaining 50% upon final approval.
- Support and revisions:
Minor revisions are allowed within seven (7) business days.
- Content upload scope (ecommerce and portfolios):
For web projects that include ecommerce stores, product catalogs, portfolios, blogs,
or content-based sections, Bangluxor will upload up to
ten (10) products, entries, or content items
solely for demonstration, structural setup, and functional validation purposes.
Any additional content upload must either:
- Be previously quoted and agreed upon in writing as an additional service, or
- Be carried out directly by the Client, who shall assume full responsibility for content accuracy,
structure, organization, and management.
Bangluxor shall not be liable for delays, errors, or inconsistencies related to content exceeding the originally contracted scope.
- Cancellations and refunds:
Initial payments are non-refundable retainers. No refunds apply once work has begun.
- Intellectual property:
Deliverables remain Bangluxor’s property until full payment is received.
- Governing law and jurisdiction:
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
3. LICENSES AND TERM
Software, plugins, and tools
- Lifetime licenses: Activated exclusively for the contracted domain.
- Subscription licenses: Remain active while the service relationship exists.
- Restrictions: Licenses may not be transferred or resold.
4. CONTRACTING ENTITY
Legal framework
This agreement is entered into with
Consultores y Eficacia Express SAS, under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
