We conducted a deep analysis of the needs and expectations of users in the management of shipments and logistics. Through UX Research, we identified critical points in the experience and opportunities to improve the interaction between customers and Valdes Express services.
Based on this research, we created a web design that becomes an intuitive logistics management platform. Every aspect of the design, from information layout to interactive elements, was carefully selected to optimize the user experience and make shipment management a smooth and efficient process.
